We hear that the actress follows a special diet before doing any dance numbers. Says a source, “Katrina is particular about her diet. She starts her diet three weeks before shooting for a dance number. While shooting for Kala Chashma she was completely on a no carb-diet — in fact, almost a liquid diet. Her lunch and breakfast comprised juices, soups and broccoli. And before shooting for the song, she only had buttermilk which kept her energised.”
