In this special report of Lok Sabha Constituency today I will try give a brief look on Secunderabad Constituency of Andhra Pradesh, which is situated in South India.

This Constituency is consists of 7Legislative Assembly Constituency (LAC). They are as follows:

1. Musheerabad

2. Amberpet

3. Khairatabad

4. Jubilee Hills

5. Sanathnagar

6. Nampally

7. Secunderabad

Session 1957 (Ahmed Mohiuddin):

In this edition of LokSabha election Ahmed Mohiuddin was selected as a MP from Secunderabad Constituency. As a winner Ahmed Mohiuddin (INC) got 98203votes while his rival S.B. Giri (PSP) got 49055votes respectively. The margin of votes were 49148 (33.38% of Total Valid Votes) .

Session 1962 (Ahmed Mohiuddin):

In this 1962 edition of LokSabha election Ahmed Mohiuddin was selected as a MP from Secunderabad Constituency. As a winner Ahmed Mohiuddin (INC) got 92459 votes while his rival V. Rao (IND) got 67889votes respectively. The margin of votes were 24570 (12.80% of Total Valid Votes) .

Session 1967 (B.A.Mirza ):

In this edition of Lok Sabha election B.A. Mirzawas selected as a MP from Secunderabad Constituency. As a winner B.A.Mirza (INC) got 119346votes while his rival A. Lakshminarayan (IND) got 36814votes respectively. The margin of votes were 82532 (35.15% of Total Valid Votes ) . The total no of elector was 466291.

Session 1971 (M.M. Hashim):

In this edition of Lok Sabha election M.M. Hashim was selected as a MP from Secunderabad Constituency. As a winner M.M. Hashim (TPS) got 98620 votes while his rival K.L. Narayan (INC) got 74977votes respectively. The margin of votes were 23643 (10.90% of Total Valid Votes ) . The total no of elector was 513349. There were total 16 no of contestants from Secunderabad constituency in this session.

Session 1977 (M.M. Hashim):

In this 1977 edition of Lok Sabha election M.M. Hashim was selected as a MP from Secunderabad Constituency. As a winner M.M. Hashim (INC) got 160230 votes while his rival T. Laximkanta (BLD) got 156383votes respectively. The margin of votes were 3847 (1.17% of Total Valid Votes ) . There were total 7 no of contestants from Secunderabad constituency in this session.

Session 1980 (P. ShivShankar):

In this edition of LokSabha election P.ShivShankar was selected as a MP from Secunderabad Constituency. As a winner P. Shiv Shankar (INC) got 186238 votes while his rival M. Reddy(JNP) got 157715votes respectively. The margin of votes were 28523 (7.59% of Total Valid Votes ) . There were total 17 no of contestants from Secunderabad constituency in this session.

Session 1984 (T.Anjaiah):

In this edition of Lok Sabha election T. Anjaiahwas selected as a MP from Secunderabad Constituency. As a winner T. Anjaiah(INC) got 246309votes while his rival Bandaru Dattareya (BJP) got 237835votes respectively. The margin of votes was 8474 (1.69% of Total Valid Votes). There were total 25 no of contestants from Secunderabad constituency in this session. No of Polling station was 1076, average no of electors per polling station was 796.

Session 1989 (T.Manemma ):

In this edition of LokSabha election T. Manemma was selected as a MP from Secunderabad Constituency. As a winner T. Manemma(INC) got 348491votes while his rival P. Reddy (JD) got 200890votes respectively. The margin of votes was 147601 (22.82% of Total Valid Votes). No of Polling station was 1328, average no of electors per polling station was 869.

Session 1991 (BandaruDattareya):

In this edition of Lok Sabha election Bandaru Dattareya was selected as a MP from Secunderabad Constituency. As a winner Bandaru Dattareya (BJP) got 253924 votes while his rival T. Manemma (INC) got 168861votes respectively. The margin of votes were85063 ( 16.14% of Total Valid Votes ) . There were total 38 no of contestants from Secunderabadconstituency in this session. No of Polling station was 1338, average no of electors per polling station was 885.

Session 1996 (P.Rao ):

In this edition of Lok Sabha election P.Rao was selected as a MP from Secunderabad Constituency. As a winner P.Rao(INC) got 420660votes while his rival Bandaru Dattareya(BJP) got 206302votes respectively. The margin of votes were 214358 (24.86% of Total Valid Votes There were total 56 no of contestants from Secunderabad constituency in this session. No of Polling station was 1758, average no of electors per polling station was 962.

In this 1998 edition of Lok Sabha election Bandaru Dattareya was selected as a MP from Secunderabad Constituency. As a winner Bandaru Dattareya (BJP) got 438586 votes while his rival P. Rao (INC) got 252676votes respectively. The margin of votes were 185910 (20.78% of Total Valid Votes) . There were total 19 no of contestants from Secunderabad constituency in this session. No of Polling station was 1758, average no of electors per polling station was 964.

Session 1999 (BandaruDattareya):

In this 1999 edition of Lok Sabha election Bandaru Dattareyawas selected as a MP from Secunderabad Constituency. As a winner Bandaru Dattareya(BJP) got 506626votes while his rival N. Rao (INC) got 409000votes respectively. The margin of votes was 97626 (10.06% of Total Valid Votes). There were total 14 no of contestants from Secunderabad constituency in this session. No of Polling station was 1797, average no of electors per polling station was 985.

Session 2004 (A.K. Yadav ):

In this edition of Lok Sabha election A.K. Yadavwas selected as a MP from Secunderabad Constituency. As a winner A.K. Yadav (INC) got A.K. Yadav votes while his rival BandaruDattareya(BJP) got 416952votes respectively. The margin of votes were68758 (7.06% of Total Valid Votes) . The total no of elector was, from which no of electors voted. There were total 13 no of contestants from Secunderabad constituency in this session. No of Polling station was 1812, average no of electors per polling station was 1021.

Session 2009 (A.K. Yadav)

In this 2009 edition of Lok Sabha election A.K. Yadav was selected as a MP from Secunderabad Constituency. As a winner A.K. Yadav (INC) got 340549 votes while his rival Bandaru Dattareya (BJP) got 170382 votes respectively. The margin of votes was 170167. There were total 23 no of contestants from Secunderabad constituency in this session. No of Polling station was 1498, average no of electors per polling station was 1051.
