USA Network has renewed its Bill Pullman-led crime anthology series The Sinner for Season 4. I don’t know if you’ve watched this series or not, but it’s really good and worth checking out if you haven’t. Especially if you’re into crime mysteries.

The news comes from TV Line, and President of USA Network, Chris McCumber said in a statement:

“The Sinner has struck a chord with audiences with its signature ‘whydunnit’ style. In Season 4, we’re excited to dig even deeper into the psyche of Bill Pullman’s beloved Detective Ambrose character, while introducing our audience to a compelling, completely new mystery.”

The Sinner Season 4 is scheduled to debut sometime next year. Season 3 of the series followed Detective Harry Ambrose (Bill Pullman) as he begins a routine investigation of a tragic car accident on the outskirts of Dorchester, in upstate New York. Ambrose uncovers a hidden crime that pulls him into the most dangerous and disturbing case of his career. Matt Bomer starred in the season. The previous seasons starred Jessica Biel and Carrie Coon.

Derek Simonds will executive produce The Sinner Season 4 and will serve as showrunner. There’s no word on what the story will entail, but I’m looking forward to seeing what it will be.
