Arunachal Pradesh, February 24, Jasmine Ahmed: BJP today expressed Arunachal Pradesh concern over the lazy point of view of the State Government as well as the Assam Government and Centre over the inter-state boundary disturbance between two neighboring States. Stating that the boundary disturbances between Arunachal Pradesh and Assam should not be taken lightly, the party ordered a detailed report on the status of the inquiry on the January 29 event where 11 CPI (ML) activists were killed in Assam’s Sonitpur district at Chaoldhowa and successive recovery of four decomposed bodies from the area on last February 22.Techi Necha said in a statement that sufficient measures are the call of the hour which the people of Arunachal and Assam both the States needs now. The Government should not forget the proceeding situation and should act urgently. He also said that we are sad to know that any management have re-imposed road blockade at Bargang and Behali areas in Assam yesterday to protest the inactivity of the Governments of Arunachal and Assam both the States to arrest the criminal elaborate in the January 29 event. Techi Necha said that the Congress Governments of Arunachal Pradesh and Assam continue a mute spectator, in-spite of killing, annoy and molestation deal to the innocent people on the inter-state boundary. Necha also added that Assam and Arunachal Pradesh both the State Governments should act instead of purely giving lip services which burn the emotion and feeling of the people over the decennium-old boundary discord.
