Worth mentioning that both the places resides in the Barpeta district, which is about 15-20 kilometres away from the BTAD area. Public is suspecting some inside-stories against there incidents.

“The nature of the fire burning is no way resembles any electric short-circuit, as during these incidents it was raining heavily causing power supply cut. So there was no electricity when the later 4 shops caught fire. Besides the area is under strict security since the BTAD incident. And most of all the area itself is a highly secular one having no community conflicts. So for sure this incidents have no relation with the BTAD troubles, but is suspect-able to some other third hand powers” – Mr. Ali Hussain told Indilens.

Social worker , journalist Nilim Dutta says, ” It has become impossible to NOT suspect a larger conspiracy behind the Assam massacres.Last night, shops belonging to Muslims were set on fire by unidentified miscreants in Sarbhog in Barpeta district of Assam outside BTAD. This is clearly an attempt to ignite a communal conflagration.”

However, the OC, Sorbhog police station came along with additional SP. DC has arranged a special public meeting at 2 p.m. to discuss the issue.
