Aam Aadmi Party hearing in the Supreme Court on Monday

Delhi, February 21, Sandeep Rajput: Lt. Governor of Delhi President’s Rule in the Supreme Court’s ruling has challenged the Aam Aadmi Party. Congress party leaders said that the decision to charges of corruption and former Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit has to save. The matter will be heard on Monday.

“You have to petition the President’s rule in Delhi orders probe into corruption cases have to finish.” The terms “AAP” were filed by the government .

The party argues that the President’s rule imposed arbitrary and violation of Article 14 of the Constitution. No party in the state is not in a position to form the government of President’s rule rather than the Vidhan Sabha was dissolved. However, the ‘AAP’ was recommended by the Government.
