Sakshi wins bronze, ends India’s medal drought

India’s campaign now has been reduced to four disciplines — track and field, badminton, women’s golf and wrestling — after the flop show put up by the contingent in other sports. Day 12 of the Rio Games features medal action in track and field, beach volleyball, wrestling.

Sakshi Malik reacts after winning bronze against Kyrgyzstan's Aisuluu Tynybekova in the the 2016 Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, on Wednesday.
