Guwahati, February 13, Jasmine Ahmed: Assam develop in the first State to lawfully off limits expenditure of all forms smokeless tobacco, along with Pan-Masala consist tobacco and nicotine, through an achievement  which comes into effect on Thursday. Health Minister also said, “The bulletin will be expressed on Wednesday and the Law will come into effort on Thursday”.
