New Delhi(web team): A day after Parliament witnessed bonhomie among members of treasury and opposition benches at the start of winter session, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has invited Congress President Sonia Gandhi and Manmohan Singh for tea this evening during which issues like GST may come up.
