Sinha further added, “It was “not a question of Bihari vs Bahari but of how your own Bihari (Babu) has been treated by own people for no fault. However, in the larger interest of Bihar and its people, I hope wish and pray that our people get the support and trust of the voters”.

Earlier, Sinha denied that he was “sulking” while stating that he would only attend those saffron meetings that he was invited to.

“With all my good wishes and warm feelings for the BJP, I decided not to create more controversy or make the situation more messy.

“That is why I have skipped from my side and also I firmly believe that …I only attend when I am invited to,” he said when asked why he was not campaigning for the party in the ongoing politically significant Bihar polls.

That, he said, was the reason why he kept away “from the scene” and work towards his parliamentary duties.
