Special Report: 3rd no Muzaffarnagar Lok Sabha Constituency, State of Uttar Pradesh

Muzaffarnagar, March 27, Lok Sabha: In this special report of Lok Sabha Constituency today I will try give a brief look on Muzaffarnagar Constituency of Uttar Pradesh, which is situated in northern India.

This Constituency is consists of 5 Legislative Assembly Constituency (LAC). They are as follows:

1.  Budhana

2. Charthawal

3. Muzaffar Nagar

4. Khatauli

5. Sardhana

Session 1977 (S. Murtaza):

In this edition of Lok Sabha election S. Murtaza was selected as a MP from Muzaffarnagar Constituency. As a winner S. Murtaza (BLD) got 143552 votes while his rival V. Singh (INC) got 24229 (9.01% of Total Valid Votes) votes respectively.. The total no of elector was 525285, from which 275595 no of electors voted. Total valid votes were 268567, from which rejected votes were 82458. There were total 3 no of contestants from Muzaffarnagar constituency in this session. No of Polling station was 767, average no of electors per polling station was 728

Session 1980 (G. Khan):

In this edition of Lok Sabha election G. Khan was selected as a MP from Muzaffarnagar Constituency. As a winner G. Khan (JNP) got 162671 votes while his rival Md. Nazar (JNP) got 104513 votes respectively. The margin of votes were 60898 (21.45% of Total Valid Votes). The total no of elector was 589566, from which 294584 no of electors voted. Total valid votes were 281674, from which rejected votes were 8560. There were total 5 no of contestants from Muzaffarnagar constituency in this session. No of Polling station was 789, average no of electors per polling station was 799.

Session 1989 (M. Mufti):

In this edition of Lok Sabha election M. Mufti was selected as a MP from Muzaffarnagar Constituency. As a winner M. Mufti (JD) got 198568 votes while his rival A. Prakash (INC) got 130899 votes respectively. The margin of votes were 67390 (18.92% of Total Valid Votes). The total no of elector was 842267, from which 364367 no of electors voted. Total valid votes were 355562, from which rejected votes were 8387. No of Polling station was 1034, average no of electors per polling station was 842.

Session 1991 (N. Kumar):

In this edition of Lok Sabha election N. Kumar was selected as a MP from Muzaffarnagar Constituency. As a winner N. Kumar (BJP) got 192789 votes while his rival Md. Mufti (JD) got 113890 votes respectively. The margin of votes were 79789 (21.78% of Total Valid Votes). There were total 18 no of contestants from Muzaffarnagar constituency in this session. No of Polling station was 1345, average no of electors per polling station was 887.

Session 1996 (S. Veer):

In this edition of Lok Sabha election S. Veer was selected as a MP from Muzaffarnagar Constituency. As a winner S. Veer (BJP) got 175678 votes while his rival S. Singh (SP) got 105678 votes respectively. The margin of votes were 75078 (25.21% of Total Valid Votes). The total no of elector was 881978. There were total 26 no of contestants from Muzaffarnagar constituency in this session. No of Polling station was 1098, average no of electors per polling station was 707.

Session 1999 (S. Man):

In this 1999 edition of Lok Sabha election S. Man was selected as a MP from Muzaffarnagar Constituency. As a winner S. Man (INC) got 210347 votes while his rival S. Singh (BJP) got 109780 votes respectively. The margin of votes were 101780 (31.00% of Total Valid Votes). There were total 7 no of contestants from Muzaffarnagar constituency in this session. No of Polling station was 1001, average no of electors per polling station was 775.

Session 2004 (M. Hasan):

In this edition of Lok Sabha election M. Hasan was selected as a MP from Muzaffarnagar Constituency. As a winner M. Hasan (SP) got 229343 votes while his rival A. Singh (BJP) got 227890 votes respectively. The margin of votes were 5789 (1.23% of Total Valid Votes). The total no of elector was 992347, from which 498973 no of electors voted. Total valid votes were 496780, from which rejected votes were 13. There were total 7 no of contestants from Muzaffarnagar constituency in this session. No of Polling station was 1780, average no of electors per polling station was 809.

Session 2009 (Kadir Rana):

In this edition of Lok Sabha election Kadir Rana was selected as a MP from Muzaffarnagar Constituency. As a winner Kadir Rana (BSP) got 327436 votes while his rival A. Choghury (BJP) got 288833 votes respectively. The margin of votes were 39503. The total no of elector was 1389818, from which 669053 no of electors voted. Total valid votes were 645652, from which rejected votes were 1. There were total 7 no of contestants from Muzaffarnagar constituency in this session. No of Polling station was 1462, average no of electors per polling station was 856.
