These Bigg Boss 9 Contestants might be roped in for the show this year

It’s that time of the year and TV’s most watched reality show Bigg Boss will be returning with its ninth season soon. While Bigg Boss 8 kicked off in September last year, this time, the ninth edition will be a little delayed and is expected to start airing from October. Speculations are already rife about who the contestants might be on the show this year and our sources have spilled out some names. Check it out:

Radhe Maa:

Given the amount of controversy this self-proclaimed god-woman generated in the last few weeks, it’s almost certain that the makers will be approaching her for the show. With a dowry case filed against her and her alleged phone tapes doing the rounds, Radhe Maa is one of the most talked about personalities currently. And if the channel ropes her in for the show, TRPs will only sky-rocket, knowing her trademark antics and dancing skills. And if Salman catches her for any wrongdoing, she’s got her defence ready, that she is ‘pure and pious’.

Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singhji Insaan:

Another name that had created ripples in the industry with his latest debut film MSG: Messenger of God was Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh ji Insaan. He has reportedly already been approached to be a part of the show. Although no confirmations have been received yet, it won’t be a surprise if the Dera Sacha Sauda leader decides to make an entry into the BB house this year. After all, his first film tanked without trace. And with his second film coming up, he would need at least some prominence in the media. Be ready to watch Guru ji flaunt his blingy clothes and give spiritual lessons to the contestants too.

Shweta Basu Prasad:

The sweet and innocent girl from Makdee was in news last year after being caught in an alleged prostitution racket.

While a certain section of the media attacked her, Shweta stood firm on her grounds, went to the rehab, completed her tenure and has come back stronger. She is currently working as a script consultant at Phantom Films and things have slowly turned looking upwards for the actress. But will she join BB9? We don’t know yet!

Rahul Yadav:

Ex-CEO of ran into troubled waters recently, thanks to his ‘resignation and firing’ drama. And as we know, Bigg Boss is the ultimate space for such controversial faces. There are reports that say that Rahul Yadav is one of the possible contestants on the show this year. Rahul, too took to Facebook to talk about the same. He wrote on his Facebook: “And the Big Boss talks are getting serious. WTF! Any advice? [I really don’t know what this Big Boss really is. Not watched TV from 13 yrs]” Now isn’t that too much of a hint already?

Rashami Desai:

Most of the winners on the show have been TV stars. From Shweta Tiwari to Juhi Parmar, Urvashi Dholakia to Gautam Gulati, most of the winners have been small screen heartthrobs. This year too a list of TV celebrities have been prepared for the same. Topping the list is Colors’ favourite Rashami Desai, who has not only played a lead role in the channel’s show Uttaran but has also been synonymous with all other reality shows on the channel, be it Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa or Khatron Ke Khiladi.

Sana Saeed:

Like Rasahmi, Sana too has been a part of Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa and it would not be a surprise to see her back in action on the channel’s Bigg Boss edition this year. For people who still can’t recollect, Sana is the young Anjali from Kuch Kuch Hota Hai.

Salman and Sana will be seen together once again.

Asha Negi:

She was ruling the TV roster when she decided to switch to reality television and ended up lifting the Nach Baliye trophy. Also, one of the strongest female contestants on Khatron Ke Khiladi this year, Asha Negi will definitely be a huge threat for everyone in the Bigg Bosshouse. Only if she decides to give a nod to the show.
