Mumbai: The moment the list of 60th Britannia Filmfare Awards nominations came out, everybody was in shock as Bollywood’s King Khan, Shah Rukh’s name was not in the list.
Everyone was wondering why Shah Rukh Khan’s name was nowhere to be found in the list, as it was expected of the star to be nominated for his film ‘Happy New Year’.
Just when everyone was wondering how SRK felt about not being nominated for Filmfare award this year, the star came forward to satisfy everyone’s curiosity.
Recently, the actor was asked by a daily what was his reaction for not being nominated for Filmfare, to which SRK replied that he only did one film last year and he didn’t give his best.
‘Happy New Year’ actor thinks that he didn’t act well enough to be nominated. King Khan went further on counting the shows that he have hosted so far and said that there are seven to seventy other people who are better than him, so he shouldn’t be nominated for acting for his film ‘Happy New Year’.
Reportedly, known for being the ‘cut to the chase’, Shah Rukh Khan agreed that his film ‘Happy New Year’ indeed did a very good job on the box office but as an actor, he doesn’t think he deserves a nomination.
