Google to release Android 5.1 update in early 2015: Report

Google is likely to release its first update to Android 5.0 Lollipop by next year, a report has revealed.

According to CNET, Android 5.1 is due in the early months of 2015. Moreover, it also plans on making improvements for notifications, connections and overall stability apart from issuing bug fixes and introducing minor tweaks.

The report said that the most noticeable detail in the alleged change log is the return of silent mode that is missing in Android 5.0.
