New Delhi, 31 May-2014, ENS: According to TV reports, senior Aam Aadmi Party leaders Yogendra Yadav and Naveen Jaihind have resigned from various party posts held by them.
Their resignation letters have been sent to AAP Chief Arvind Kerjiwal and a final decision is yet to be taken.
AAP’s spokesperson Dilip K Pandey tweeted that Yogendra Yadav and Naveen Jaihind will remain in the party and their resignations will be reviewed in a party meeting.
Yadav is the party in-charge of Haryana and Naveen, who was AAP’s candidate in Hisar, is a member of the party’s national executive committee.
If news reports are to be beleived Naveen and a few other leaders from Haryana were upset with Yadav’s working style.
“Yadav has some issues with what I had to say about our work in Haryana. It seems he felt offended by what I had said so I told our leaders that if they find what I have said or done to be wrong then I will be happy to resign from the posts I have taken up with in the party. I will work as volunteer and resign from National Executive,” Naveen told reporters.
