Bhubaneswar, 29 May-2014: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik is going on a week-long visit to New Delhi from May 29 to June 5. This is Patanik’s third visit to the national capital in just last one and a half months time. During his staying at New Delhi, Patnaik likely to pay a courtesy call to Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Sources said unlike the last two visits Patnaik’s visit this time is an ‘official’ one. He is likely to meet some Union Ministers and undergo a medical checkup as well during his stay in Delhi, sources said.
It may be noted here that Patnaik had left for New Delhi on an unofficial trip after the general elections were held in the State on a eight-day ‘unofficial’ trip, which was later extended by another four days. Barely a week after his return, he again left for the national capital and spent a nearly a week there.
