Kolkata, 14 May-2014, Rimo Bose: It has been commanded by Election commission this Wednesday that there will be repoll in five diff booths of West Bengal that had gone on polls on 12th of May during final election course of Lok Sabha state elections.
This decision has made amidst of complaints from Left party, BJP as well as Congress they have alleged it that poll rigging has taken place in an unbridle manner that has led to violence and even sense of insecurity among the voters. Not only this but even complaint about capturing booth have been made and even accusation of breakdown of EVM has also been reported.
Amitjyoti Bhattacharya the assistant CEO has said that the statement has been sent to EC for more examination and therefore it is being demanded to re-poll in 5 booths for election.
The Stations that are being scheduled for re-poll are: No 145 Basirhat constituency, No 82 barasat Constituency, No 253 south Basirhat and station No 225 as well as 226 canning east. The timing will be same from 7am-6am and it will be provided with strong security this time.
