New Delhi, February 20, Sandipan Sharma: The advisory group set up in the Supreme Court to manage occurrences of sexual badgering inside its areas has chosen that distressed ladies can send their dissentions to it by post or email.
“The oppressed ladies as characterized in provision 2(a) of the Gender Sensitization and Sexual Harassment of Women at the Supreme Court of India (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Regulations, 2013 may make a protest in composing of sexual provocation at Supreme Court of India areas to the GSICC through its part secretary—Rachna Gupta, enlistment center,” the roundabout peruses, adding it has been carried out to sensitize the overall population on sex issues.

Boss Justice of India P. Sathasivam had framed GSICC which is headed by the Supreme Court’s lady judge, equity Ranjana Prakash Desai, and has six other ladies parts. There are two parts who are outcasts and not associated with the summit court in any way.
The board is in consonance with the rules set around the summit court in its judgement in Vishakha case for managing objections of sexual badgering at working environment. Under the rules, it is obliged that the board has a lion’s share of ladies parts and two parts of common social order named by the Chief Justice of India.
