With all the craziness surrounding the Samsung Galaxy Note 7, the brand has gone ahead and leaked the Samsung Chromebook Pro rumoured to be called “Kevin”. The device is already up for grabs at Adorama.com and the claims suggest it will start shipping potentially from 24th October.
Priced at $449, it sports a 12.3-inch LED touchscreen display on a 360-degree hinge. On the specifications front, the transformer laptop is equipped with a hexacore processor clocked at 2GHz that teams up with 4GB RAM and 32GB of internal storage. Apart from that, it claims that the device just weighs 1 kilogram and is packed with two modern USB Type C ports, with a microSD card slot available.
Out the box the device appears to be an all-aluminium affair with minimal bezels. The Chromebook will be skinned with Chrome OS, running Android applications and we hope it will be integrated with Allo and Duo. Furthermore, it will feature an S pen that has a slot within the device to store the device when not in use. You could use the Pen, if you are tired of typing on the keyboard.
