Shootout in J-K’s Udhampur after attack on CRPF camp, militant dead

NEW DELHI:Armed militants attacked a CRPF camp on the Jammu-Srinagar national highway in Kud area of Udhampur district on Monday.
According to ANI, gunmen opened fire at CRPF personnel and a police bus.

Confirming the attack, Udhampur senior superintendent of police Mohammed Suleman Choudhary said, “Heavy firing is going on in the area. All senior police officers are on their way to the spot.”
No casualties have been reported yet. More details are awaited.
