Android 6.0 Marshmallow coming to Lenovo Vibe K4 Note

MUMBAI:Lenovo has announced today that its Vibe K4 Note smartphone in India has begun receiving the Android Marshmallow update. The upgrade is being delivered over-the-air (OTA), though you can manually go into your phone’s Settings menu to to spawn the popup and download.
For those of you that have forgotten what it entails, during your long wait, Android 6.0 brought some major new features, one of the key ones being the new app permissions. Instead of allowing an app blanket access to your smartphone, you could now approve, or reject, certain parts of control. Aso added was Google Now on Tap, Android’s contextual search from even within other apps, Chrome updates, and a new power-saving “Doze function.”

Lenovo has also announced that it’s managed to sell 600,000 units of the Vibe K4 Note and 150,000 units of the ANT Virtual Reality headsets, since the smartphone launched on January 19.
