Maharashtra: Massive fire breaks out in Bhiwandi; 150 people feared trapped

Mumbai: A massive fire broke out at two different places in Bhiwandi town near Mumbai in Maharashtra on Tuesday morning.

According to initial reports, the first incident has taken place in a residential building and at least 150 people are feared to be trapped. And the other incident has taken place in a powerloom unit in Nagoan.

The fire in the residential building has reportedly spread till the fourth floor.

At least eight fire tenders have been rushed to the spot and efforts are on to rescue the trapped people.
