Chinese smartphone maker OnePlus is hosting a launch event on October 29, and we’re willing to bet it’s the unveiling of the rumoured OnePlus Mini, also called OnePlus X. The event is being held simultaneously in India, Beijing, London, and Jakarta.
And ahead of that launch, promotional material for the phone seems to have leaked online, supposedly showing the new phone as well as its price. According to gforgames, the leaked ad was posted on Chinese social media network Weibo, listing the OnePlus Mini as available for CNY 1,699 (approximately Rs 17,400). While our earlier report said the phone would be priced at US $249 (approximately Rs 16,300), that might be the international pricing.
The OnePlus X is rumoured to have a 5-inch full HD (1920×1080) display at 401 ppi, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor, 3GB RAM, and 16GB / 32GB built-in storage. It’s also expected to have a 13MP/8MP camera combo and powered by a 2450mAh battery.
