New Delhi, February 4, Rimo Bose: Death that has brought attention to self regulated disturbance of our society that is racism has been given for a magisterial scrutiny but the Lieutenant Governor has demanded for a reason from Delhi’s CM Arvind Kejriwal for the need of magisterial probe in this case. Nido Tania who was beaten over a heated conversation at the Lajpat Nagar and was taunted as “chinki” has incensed the rebels in Delhi and all over the nation.
The L-G is curious to know that after a filing of a FIR what is the need for having a magistrate to investigate the incident. But as the known trait of Delhi’s CM he would look into the matter with grave attention. He said that he has been contacted by Ministers and leaders from other states and that police is also under accusations and though the Delhi police are of high esteem still the work of it in this very case has been considered deficient.
The High Court of Delhi has been cognizant to the matter and has asked the Delhi police to assure security and salvage to the North eastern settlers and students in the state. However the rebels are continuing with their protest for seeking justice.
